Collection & Drop-off Service

Is your vehicle in need of some general repairs? Does it need an MOT or require a service? Is a lack of time preventing you from even contemplating contacting a garage for help?

At Reliance Auto Test, based in Bicester we are hoping to remedy this situation by announcing a new customer focused Collection & Drop-off service. If you contact our friendly team to book a full service or have our qualified technicians complete general repairs to you vehicle, then you’ll have the option to request this service.

Once booked, we will arrange a convenient date and time to send one of our drivers to your Home or Office to collect your vehicle. Upon completion of the work and having received payment, your vehicle will be returned to its original collection point. 

Even though the Government recently eased the lockdown rules, the threat of COVID-19 continues, and a large proportion of the population remains in self-isolation. An increasing number of our customers have asked if we can collect their vehicles, to enable us to complete any essential maintenance, MOT, or repair work.

With this in mind, Reliance Bicester would like to announce its new Collection & Drop-off service, which we hope will help keep everyone safe and allow us to keep your vehicles roadworthy.

Safety Precautions 

Reliance Auto Test has introduced crucial safety measures into its business, as the wellbeing and safety of its staff, customers and suppliers is vitally important to everyone here. We welcome all customer enquiries and bookings and truly hope everyone is reassured by our newly introduced precautions.

Reliance Bicester, MOT's for Class 4 and Class 7 Vehicles.

Safety Precautions

Step 1 – Upon collection, our drivers wearing protective gloves will clean your vehicles keys along with the entry points.

Step 2 – All contact points on vehicle cleaned and protective covers applied. i.e. Steering Wheel, Gear Knob & Seat.

Step 3 – Work carried out to vehicle, road tested & parked outside workshop awaiting customer contact and payment.

Step 4 – Upon receipt of payment and confirmation of a convenient date and time, our driver will return the vehicle. Paperwork will be left in the vehicle, cleaned keys will be safely returned and all protective covers removed.
